05 How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 hours. Most orders land in 3–6 working days depending on your pin code.
06 What if the size does not fit?
Raise an exchange within 7 days of delivery and we send the right size. The piece needs to be unworn with tags on.
07 Do you take cash on delivery?
Yes. COD and UPI both work across most pin codes in India.
08 How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes to your email and phone the moment we hand the parcel over. If it has not arrived, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
09 Can you manufacture for my label?
Yes — that is how we started and we still do it. Send us your tech pack or a reference and your quantity through the form, choosing the bulk enquiry option.
10 Where are the clothes made?
In our own unit in Surat. Cut, stitched and checked by our team, not job-worked out.
